The question is: Will you stick to the classic pairings we recommended or venture into new combinations? We support both options! We hope to see you at the restaurant soon to try one of these pairings!
This doesn’t count as a steak and wine pairing, but we can’t forget to mention what pairs well with our Berkshire pork chop with honey bourbon glaze. Pork pairs well with both red and white white. We suggest trying either a buttery chardonnay or a pinot noir with this popular dish.

With a New York Striploin, look for a wine with a good balance of fruit and tannins, like a Malbec or Syrah. A neat pour of bourbon or scotch would make another great pairing with a New York Strip. And, of course, we love some drunken mushrooms on our striploin if you’re in the mood for some additional flavor.

Pinot Noir and Merlot have smoother, more delicate flavors, making them both great pairing options for our filet mignon, which we top with a roasted garlic-thyme-shallot butter. Champagne also goes well with filet mignon for a more luxurious touch.

Ribeye is best paired with red wine like Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah, which have bold flavors that match the ribeye's richness. A craft beer like a stout or porter is another good option for ribeye pairings. The salty, briny notes of a dirty martini combined with ribeye creates a balanced flavor experience, with the martini’s saltiness enhancing the steak’s savory profile. Try pairing prawns with Sauvignon Blanc. The high acidity and citrus notes of Sauvignon Blanc complement the delicate sweetness of prawns. If you have a spicy dish, like our chili-lime prawns, sip on a Riesling to add sweetness.

Pinot noir and salmon are a match made in heaven. The light tannins and berry flavors of Pinot Noir enhance the rich, fatty nature of salmon. If red wine isn’t your thing, chardonnay, particularly a fuller-bodied one, pairs well with grilled or baked salmon. Our char-grilled salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes, black kale, grilled florentino, and fresno sofrito butter sauce pairs perfectly with our house pinot noir.
